Tiivistelmä:Today a product is no longer understood as a simple physical entity. The consumption of services has grown to the point where the offer for a commodity can no longer be dissociated from the offer of a service. The main objective of a company today is no longer to sell a product but to persuade the buyer that the utilization of the given product will not cause any problems for customers. If an enterprise do not offer satisfactory service with the goods, buyers turn to other suppliers not because of their lower prices but considering the whole goods-service package more attractive.
