| Tiivistelmä: | Hi-tech is leading companies into the 21st century at an ever-increasing speed. This is seen as a matter of course by numerous managers. Oddly enough, this progress is taking place in the framework of the same management processes, which already failed in the past. Despite the very many new attractive names, which pursue Frederick Winslow Taylor's theory of "Scientific Management", the management methods of the 19th century constitute the basis for the 21st century. Synergy can be achieved by a method that can reduce opposition against change, can approve communication among decision makers and can develop the need for the training of employees. |
