Tiivistelmä: | The most important influencing factors of fluctuation of manpower are examined; 1. business-related factors; 2. technical and organizational factors; 3. socio-organizational factors; 4. monetary factors; 5. miscellaneous other factors. The concept of fluctuation of manpower is analyzed. Several factors pertaining to individuals are identified: age, personality, level of education, professional skills etc. Work satisfaction as a substitution for a number of organizational factors is analyzed. A recent study of fluctuation of manpower in Switzerland is described. The research method - the Multiple Classifications Analysis - is shortly reviewed. The results are discussed. |
