| Tiivistelmä: | That the rate of moonlighting in the United States of America is higher than previously, is reported. It is pointed out by almost every measure: quality of life, emotional and physical health, occupational stress, social support, absenteeism, turnover and job performance that employees with one job are no better off than those with two or more. Finally, it is concluded that working one job only is no guarantee of job satisfaction. |
