There are five keys to keeping a company dynamic and innovative: (1) a corporate culture that constantly urges innovation (2) an organizational structure that allows innovative ideas to rise above the demands of running the business, (3) developing a strategic focus to channel innovative efforts, (4) knowing where to look for ideas in a particular business, (5) implementing good ideas at full speed.
