Tiivistelmä: | Entrepreneurship is defined. Entrepreneur as a change agent is characterized. One of the most important roles of an Entrepreneur is to put innovations into action. Seven principles of intraprenurship are outlined: 1. market orientation; 2. management by vision; 3. focus on action; 4. positive attitude to risk; 5. capacity to learn from the errors; 6. ability to handle and utilize information; 7. commitment to success. Comparisons between the characteristics of an entrepreneur, an Entrepreneur and a manager are made. Some organizational forms most appropriate for Entrepreneurship are briefly reviewed. |
