| Tiivistelmä: | To turn Guangzhou into an international financial center, we must reestablish and optimize the macro and micro operational systems of finance, accelerate the socialization of financial service, and the course of legal system for financial supervision and management and- nationalization of institutions. Besides, we should realize the reformation of financial institutions under the market economy, adopt modernized financial service means and carry out business through international network, and open effectively financial industry and market. We also have to implement senior talent strategy, and set up national gold market-China gold exchange center to make mainland and Hong kong complement each other in superiority. |
