| Tiivistelmä: | The reform and development of the bank credit can be handled in the following transformation and adjustment. (A) Starting from the interiors of banks (1) to strengthen the banks' internal systematic management and do the credit warning work well and set up a more scientific and perfect supervision system. (2)to follow the track of and strengthen management of loans extended already. (3) to insist the principle of separating credit project evaluation from loan-extending.
