| Tiivistelmä: | At present, in China, the management of interest rate is too con concentrated. The leverage of interest rate is not flexible. The system of interest rate and preferential and floating interest rates are all not rational enough. Interest rate is not set by market force. Besides, due to the separation of credit from interest rate, the policy of interest rate can not get the desired results. In view of the above, we should develop market economy, optimise market environment and develop financial market in a bid to realise equilibrium rate of interest and promote the balance of supply and demand of funds to ensure the normal operation of interest rate. In addition, we have to establish modern enterprise system, provide good micro base, perfect macro control system and financial legal system. |
