| Tiivistelmä: | This paper studies foreign countries' practice and experiences in protecting their national industries. Then it raises the following concrete measures to protect China's industry: 1. protecting China's national industry according to the basic spirit of the regulations of the world economic organisations and the international trade; 2. conducting a moderate trade protection of China's national industry by using the rational tariff-rate; 3. carrying out supervision and management of FDI and strengthening administrative intervention in foreign businessmen's access to the domestic market; 4. accelerating the shifts of system and growth mode to enhance the international competitiveness of China's industry. |
