| Tiivistelmä: | We can not set up joint ventures at the cost of sacrificing state-owned assets. To avoid the drain of a lot of state assets in the cooperation between the Chinese side and the foreign side, we must have a practical and effective solution. First, we must make clear the investment subject of state assets of the Chinese side and ensure that the responsible people concerned are not merely nominal. Second we should strengthen the management of property rights of state assets. Third, we have to guarantee the objective assurance of state assets which are priced as the Chinese side's investment. Lastly, we should also strengthen the value-appraising management of imported equipment as investment. The department concerned should support the management work of state assets and take concerted action as well. |
