| Tiivistelmä: | Further slashing import tariff rate is the orientation of the reform of tariff in China. So we should correctly under stand the relationship between lowering tariff and protecting industries and study seriously the concrete countermeasures for protecting industries under the condition of reducing tariff. This will have great significance for optimizing tariff structure and promoting industrial development. To protect China's industries, we should take industrial policy as the main means, supplemented by tariff policy, optimize tariff structure and taxation system in order to make effective protection and promote industrial development. Besides, we should deepen the reform of enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. |
