| Tiivistelmä: | Today technological progress and technological disparity between countries have become the major determinants of international trade development. Strategically, the following should be taken into account in foreign trade development in China: Technological progress and international trade should promote each other. To this end, a "technology-and-trade-grow-integratively" mechanism should be established to promote foreign trade development. "Technology and trade grow integratively" means that: Science and technology should be taken seriously in the course of developing a country's foreign trade. Foreign trade development which is promoted by technological progress would in turn facilitate technological progress and upgrading of industrial structure to make technology and trade grow integratively. |
