| Tiivistelmä: | China's capital market was established in 1981 when state treasury bonds began to be issued. At present, there exist some problems in standardization of financial tools, market supervision and management, and internationalization of capital market. To perfect and develop it, we should quicken the pace of developing capital market, perfect transactions on stock exchange and make experiment in transactions outside stock exchange, cultivate market system and institutional investors, and establish high authoritative management system and supervision and management mechanism. Besides, we should utilize international capital with caution to prevent outflow of capital, and promote the internalization of capital market gradually. |
