| Tiivistelmä: | The shock of financial liberalization to the international financial industry finds expression in the following: 1. intensifying the undue fluctuation of capital prices especially exchange rate; 2.weakening the Western countries' financial management authorities' macro economic regulation and control ability; 3. promoting financial innovation, thus enhancing the fragility of the global finance; 4. shortening the opening process of the financial industry of developing countries, thereby increasing the unstability of financial system. In view of the above, China should quicken the pace of financial reform for providing a good environment and legal guarantee for financial opening. Besides it should strengthen the coordination of local currency and foreign currency policies macro management of foreign investment and financial supervision and management. |
