| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyzes economically and dialectically the gap between the rich and the poor, which appears under market economy and thinks that it is inevitable and normbal. But since at present, such a gap between urban residents in China is too wide, we must strengthen and perfect the government's function of macro regulation and control so as to prevent polarization and make the income gap between urban residents within a rational scope and finally achieve common prosperity. To this end, we should strengthen the legislation of market economy, standardize market behaviour, promote fair competition, enhance management of state-owned assets, make great efforts to oppose corruption and accelerate the reform of social security system. |
