| Tiivistelmä: | The optimization of capital structure is an inevitable request from history and reality. It is also a request from domestic and international competition. It is an unavoidable phenomenon that the optimization of capital structure results in unemployment. It is the cost of the reform. We should form a correct judgement on this issue. Technological progress and improvement of the quality of labor is the fundamental way to realize the optimal combination of capital and labor. The action of capital structure optimization is to be encouraged. The operation of capital is to be standardized and diverified operation is to be carried out. We should try our best to digest redundant personnel inside the enterprises. A relatively sound social security system should be established. |
