| Tiivistelmä: | The current social security situations concerning unemployment issurance, old-age pension and social relief are serious. Problems such as serious shortage of funds, low degree of socialization, narrow coverage and bad management exist in the current social security system. Financial countermeasures to perfect social security system include the following: (1)solve the problem of serious shortage of funds by means of the present accumulation of state-owned assets. (2)Collect social security tax. (3)Strengthen the management of social security. (4) Settle the social security deficit via financial allocation. (5) Provide preferential taxes, encourage and support the development of various ownerships, including that of non-public-owned economy and check the rise in umemployment rate. |
