| Tiivistelmä: | The emergence of surplus economy is the product of the reform and opening up. It is a great challenge for the development of Chinese economy. Besides giving full scope to policies of finance, currency, industry, investment, employment, distribution, circulation and consumption, etc in a highly harmonious way, we have to foster a fine basis for economic growth and create motivations and astomspheres for development on a macroscopic level, establish the strategy of economic development which bases on fairness and focuses on effeciency, attach importance to human resource factors, intensify the strategy of human capital investment, strengthen scientific input, practically implement the strategy of scientific development and innovation, and create better environment of social security. |
