| Tiivistelmä: | Firstly, the essay discusses the economic nature of finance. Then it elaborates the origins of the development of finance economics. Later, it inspects the angular perspectivity of financial economic theories and studies finance from different angles such as enterprise economy, market economy and property right economy. Finally, it discusses the standard definition of modern finance economics and its study framework. The author thinks that the object of modern finance economics is as follows: Under the condition of capital market, economic entities with independent financial rights obtain and utilize resources in the current and possible future activities so as to realize the value addition of enterprises. |
