| Tiivistelmä: | Through the comparable analysis on current situation of the industry technical structure of machine-building industry, the overall level of China machine-building industry upgrades rapidly, and lessened the gap with industrial developed countries. However, compared with the United States and Japan, a quite big difference still exists. The policy advice, optimizing Industrial technique and its structure, is to provide a stimulating system to make demand and supply establish a parallel relationship. At the same time of Industrial regulation reform and transformation of managerial and administrative mechanism, government should match proper intensity of technical policy, establish vigorous technical market, and strengthen the management of national and industrial technical activities. |
