| Tiivistelmä: | Studies indicate that effectiveness of technological development and efficiency of technological transformation are conditioned to a great extent by technological climate. The objective is to present a broad preliminary assessment of the science and technology climate evaluation using related information that are already available at different sources within the countries. It is proposed that such evaluation can be carried out under the following headings: level of development as measured by classical indicators, evaluation of stock of science and technology personnel, research and development activities, technology scene in industry, etc. |
