Tiivistelmä:A test procedure was implemented with a 7.000 sample size to find out the relative efficiency of three selling methods used by savings banks, namely: normal advising on the spot, direct mail and the combination of the two plus telephone. Results show that acquisition must be more aggressive in the future, otherwise market share may fall back.
