Tiivistelmä:A survey inquired Greek private and corporate bank customers on their motives in choice of their bank. The strongest motives were for privates: vicinity of outlet,on-line data handling, developed network of outlets, image of the bank, short queuing time. For corporate customers: deep specialisation, help in case of need, medium term credit,foreign subsidiaries and transactions through telephone - in the above order of importance.
