Tiivistelmä:Effective participative management implies the skilful application of a great many personnel management techniques. Among others the employee surveys and attitude surveys should be mentioned which can serve as powerful diagnostic tools. The content and structure of a standard questionnaire are presented. It is shown how a project group of an employee survey works. Three main phases of a survey are described and analyzed: 1. planning (objectives, decision making, scheduling); 2. implementation (action marketing, organization, analysis of responses); 3. transformation (planning of measures, enforcement, the control of results).
