| Tiivistelmä: | Starting from an innovator's situation the contribution illustrates existing deficits in the transfer of technology assessment. As a result it is shown that analyzing the effects of regulation and law induced by technology assessment requires scrutinies both directly at company level and for all single stages of the innovation process. Thus, the author concludes that all previous advancement of research efforts concerning the development of technology assessment methods have proved out rather one-sided and shortsighted. Therefore it is very necessary that impacts of law and regulation will be assessed as well. |
