Tiivistelmä:The market for bath and shower products has expanded in recent years. The market for soaps is largely saturated. The greatest level of growth by 1996 is forecasted for the French market. A high rate of sales expansion is also anticipated in Italy where as in most of the key markets, niche-marketed shower products (male-specific, pH neutrals for sensitive skin and other skin care hybrids) should lead the overall market's growth. The German market's growth will be more modest. In the U.K. stasis in the soap and tale sectors together with a levelling in demand for shower products will an annual real growth at minimal levels. The Spanish market shows little or no dynamism.
