Tiivistelmä:This report studies the international market for OTC analgesics with particular reference to five key economies: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. The data period covered is 1988-1992 for current trends and 1992-1997 for forecasts. The analgesics covered are those sold without prescription. There was low growth in most of the major markets in 1992. Volumes are generally flat or declining. There has been a trend away from combination products towards single ingredient analgesics in most markets.
