Tiivistelmä:This report examines the Italian market for video equipment. Products covered are portable audio products, including personal stereos, radio-cassette players , radios and clock radios, and hi-fi equipment which includes both separate compnents and hi-fi compact systems. The Italian audio market is estimated to have been worth L1,250 billion in 1992 with volume sales of some 4.9 million units. Sales in most sectors of the audio products market continued to decline in 1992 leading to an overall fall of around 6% in nominal terms.
