Tiivistelmä:Employees are often overlooked as stakeholders, since many organizations focus on external stakeholders whose importance in relation to organizational survival is perceived as greater. However, as the environment in which organizations function becomes increasingly complex and organizations are subject to greater public scrutiny, employee identification has become a major challenge. In this article, the important issues in relation to employee identification are discussed.
