Tiivistelmä:This study describes controlled and continuous change (henceforth as: c-and-c-c.) efforts in the case organization, a large Finnish research organization. It is aimed at demonstrating how important elements of change and leadership occur more often at lower organizational levels than is usually recognized, representing a continuous viewpoint of change. Also it is aimed at exploring ways in which c-and-c-c. viewpoints can get connected. Herein, the role of middle management is considered to be crucial.
