Tiivistelmä:If a firm is planning a major marketing campaign, and there is no local executive, the answer is to hire an interim executive. The interim executive field is growing fast, although the number of jobs is small. Interim executives fill all levels of jobs, from the lower echelons of management to professional to CEO. They are usually well qualified, easy to hire and even easier to let go. Most interim executives are therefore fairly expensive. In addition, the recruiting firms usually charge a 25 to 30 percent commission. A typical middle manager makes between USD 200 to 500 per day. Some argue that consultants are not nearly as effective as interim executives. A list showing recruiting offices in presented.
