Tiivistelmä:Most firms in business markets have come to realize that to prosper they must make close, collaborative relationships with selected suppliers, customers, and value-added resellers. Thus management thinking has advanced to gaining a better understanding of which firms they ought to engage in these collaborative relationships and how to make these relationships work in practice. Still on the horizon for most firms is the specification of a collection of pertinent relationship-evaluation measures that is reasonable encompassing and their application to systematically assess the value created by the firms' existing relationships.
