| Tiivistelmä: | The article examines how prices of telecommunication services changed over the period 1963-82 and analyses their effect on other price indices: the wholesale price index and the consumer price index. He finds that technical progress influenced the international competitiveness and trade, too and its effect on sectoral price is significant. |
