| Tiivistelmä: | Situation of telecommunications services is in an highly unsatisfactory state in the developing countries due to inadaquate investment procedural delays, lack of equipment, etc. To improve this situation it is suggested among other things to separate telecommunications from the postal services and development must be financed from individuals savings, capital markets and internal resources. |
