| Tiivistelmä: | The problem of seriously weakening master status of staff and workers has arisen after the reform of economic system. To solve this problem, we should strengthen exploration in both theory and practice to find a way to establish the master status of staff and workers under the market economy. Besides, we should adhere to and improve the system of workers representative conference which is convened according to the decision of the party committees of enterprises rather than the administrative leaders, and pay attention to the election of worker representative. We should also establish and perfect the system of workers' holding shares to make sure that there are worker representatives in the board of directors and the board of supervisors by drawing for reference the large foreign companies'sucessful experience in management. |
