| Tiivistelmä: | The author investigated the bureau of trade, some large corporations and retail system of Huludiao city in Liaoning province with an aim at knowing the status quo of state-owned commercial enterprises in competitive industries in medium-and small-sized cities, analyzing the reasons for their losses and finding out a wayout for increasing economic returns. He explores theoretically the reasons for their deteriorating and the orbid of their sliding down in economic returns and considers that the state-owned commercial enterprises in competitive industries should operate along the orbit from state-owned and state-run, state-owned civilian-run to civilian-owned and civilian-run enterprises. He also has some reflections after the investigations: 1.grasping accurately the status quo and trends; etc. |
