| Tiivistelmä: | This study analyzes the effects of different types and ownership (hereafter as: o-ship.) concentration on performance using a large firm population in the Czech Republic after mass privatization. The positive effect of foreign o-ship. is detected primarily for majority o-ship. and for o-ship. by foreign industrial firms. In general, the results highlight the benefits of strategic restructuring accompanied by an inflow of new capital and managerial culture. |
