| Tiivistelmä: | This essay discusses the reason why the theory of super property right has higher intrinsic logicality and stronger persuasion in empirical explanation. It points out that taking competitive factors into consideration, the management system of enterprises and their jurisdiction of property rights can be separated in the long-term balance of competition. This argument enriches and develops the theory of property rights. It expounds the prerequisites to the success of the reform of state-owned enterprise. It also expounds the functions of competition: stimulation, perfection of information, development of enterprises and evolution of market. The theory of super property right also explains the international current developing tendency of the reform of state-owned enterprises, namely commercialization and competization. |
