| Tiivistelmä: | The following are responsible for the sliding-down economic returns of industrial enterprises: serious duplication in construction, low output rate of capital, backward economic growth mode, proudction structure which does not tally with demand structure, enterprises' heavy burden beyond tax payment, relatively in adequate demand and undue competition. The measures to take for increasing economic returns are: 1.deepening reform and strengthening structural adjustment; 2.increasing sci-tech input for more technological content in investment; 3.changing the mode of economic growth. But at present, we should first expand effective demand, lighten enterprises' burden beyond tax payment, straighen out market order, increase the proportion of direct financing in capital market and solve the problem of loss-making enterprises. |
