| Tiivistelmä: | All the successful transnational companies in China have paid great attention to the growth of their organizations in China and adhered to the following principles: 1) Try to well coordinate the relationship between their divisions and companies in China so as to learn from each other and make up their deficiency. 2) Make joint effort to provide some essential services so as to avoid repeated cost and to make full use of limited resources of finance, staff and technology as well. 3) Enhance the talent resource development, not only well preparing the sending out personnel but also fostering and promoting the local personnel. 4) Put under control the stock ownership and finance of major enterprises. 5) establish long-term relationship of mutual understanding with governmental leaders at various levels. |
