| Tiivistelmä: | Since entering the 1990s, many countries have all been facing the severe employment crisis. It leads to a serial of social problems and induces social crises. The measures for solving the problem of employment which every country has taken are as follows: They have established employment service agencies and networks, formulated laws, as a result of which employment markets have been standardized, to some extent. Besides, they have reformed the system of recruitment, adjusted industrial structure, supported actively medium-and small-sized enterprises, developed domestic employment market and professional education, and organized technological training. At the same time, the governments of every country are all developing social security undertaking with great efforts. |
