| Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores the combined effects of efficiency wages and labor market matching frictions. Among others, it is found that the inclusion of efficiency wages puts upward pressure on wages and raises unemployment, while the friction puts downward pressure on wages and raises unemployment. |
