| Tiivistelmä: | Nowadays reputational risk is the greatest threat to businesses. However companies aren´t managing this risk appropriately. This article argues the recommendations of the Turnbull Report and the Higgs Review of corporate governance. The Turnbull Report examines risk management and accountability for intangible assets and Higgs Review recommends more independent and active role for non-executive directors. |
