Tiivistelmä:This study takes a look at the formation of expectations and the relationship between expectations, satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Travel agency sector is analysed specifically. Findings show that image is important in the expectations formulation, there is a direct relationship between expectations and consumer satisfaction, and there is the close association between satisfaction and consumer loyalty.
