| Tiivistelmä: | In responce to increasing competitive pressures, a 'new wave of training' is sweeping organisations. Reports from recent years have signalled a renewed interest in training among employers. Organisations, lambasted and exhorted by successive governments to step up their training, now seem to be responding positively. A survey provides further evidence of this growing interest and some insight into why it might be happening. |
