Thus, the transformation model of rate moveable mechanism is floating bank rate system, and its target model is indirect- control market rate by state. The rate reform should combine criterion rate system with floating and market rate. Reduce the scope of preferential rate and change its subsidiary way. Change the way of accounting interest stage by stage of loan. |
