| Tiivistelmä: | Basel Agreement is favorable to standardizing monetary environment, reforming adjustment mechanism of the People's bank of China, regulating the operation of specialized banks and creating conditions for the supervision of lower level people's banks. It is also favorable to lower level people's bank's supervision over specialized bank's business and supervision over foreign funded banks. It supplies an opportunity for lower level banks to change their functions. |
