| Tiivistelmä: | To supervise and control the treasury funds is an effective means of carrying out State's currency policies. The notion must be kept in mind that the treasury can fulfil the important function of accumulating and managing funds, and ensuring the integrity and security of budgetary funds. So must the notion that the treasury work and its management must be improved consecutively under the market economy. Treasuries at the township level must be perfected, management of accounts enforced vigorously, the reporting system established and procedures of treasury entry changed. |
