| Tiivistelmä: | The value of assessment of State assets not only concerns the integrity of State's stock right, but also influences the interest and right of other stockholders. The establishment of the stock right is the origin of this right. However, a sub-stand-and, irrational establishment will inevitably end in unreasonable distribution of interests. To safeguard the right and interest of State assets, it is necessary to perfect systems concerned, strengthen the financial supervision mechanism and set up a system to examine the maintenance and addition of value of State assets. |
